Procurement Notificationof China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

***航空服務部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機組人員異地駐勤保障酒店項目進行競爭性談判采購。

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.(hereafter refer as “Airline”) is announcing to launch the aircrew accommodation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:

1、項目簡介Project Introduction

1.1 項目名稱：新加坡駐勤酒店服務采購項目。

Project Name: Aircrew Accommodation service procurement in the city of Singapore.

1.2 項目編號***an style=";font-family:宋體;line-height:150%;14px">CZ***55。

Project Number: CZ***55.

1.3 項目類別：服務類。

Type of Project: Service.

1.4 資金企業(yè)自籌資金。

Source of funds: Own raised.

1.5 采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作酒店，通過符合性審查供應商數(shù)量達不到計劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實際通過的個數(shù)推薦。

Quantity: Only one candidate will be se lect ed for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned se lect quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.

1.6 服務內(nèi)容：本項目為南航異地駐勤機組所需酒店住宿用房采購，入圍酒店需遵守南航機組保障安全、服務管理規(guī)定，為南航機組提供住宿、餐食、機場***樓往返酒店車輛和洗衣等保障服務；關(guān)注南航航班計劃，根據(jù)航班計劃做好房間預留服務。

Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Accommodation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. The service detail is to provide accommodation service, F&B service,transportation serviceandLaundryserviceaccording to flight schedule.

1.7 報價***pan>：本項目具體限價***span>

General requirements of Quotation:Please refer below the ceiling price of this project:

注：1、以上均為含稅價***他額外費用如服務費。在合同期內(nèi)，因國家稅務政策變化導致稅率發(fā)生變化時，按新的增值稅率執(zhí)行，在書面通知采購人后，供應商可以對所收稅款進行相應修改。此時，協(xié)議價***n>=協(xié)議簽訂時的不含稅價***n>*(1+新稅率)。

The ceiling prices mentioned above were including taxes and all other extra charges such as services charge. In case the taxes ratio have been adjusted by the local government, these will be amended by the Hotel accordingly after written notification to Airline. The new contract rate will be calculate base on the original contract rate plus new taxes ratio.

2、本項目采用框架（無固定總金額***。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進行報價***an>如有缺漏或超過最高限價******價***span>本次采購金額***估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實際需要調(diào)整，并按實際數(shù)量進行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會有所增減，固定單價***應調(diào)整。

This project adopts the framework (no fixed/guaranteed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

3、報價***商客房（標準單人間/雙人間）報價***高限價***款房型Booking等網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺價***為無效報價***格分。

Quotation rules: the quotation of the supplier"s room rate (standard single / double room) shall not be higher than the ceiling price, and shall not be higher than the price of the same room type on Booking.com or other OTA platforms, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid quotation and will not be earn any points on price review.

1.8服務地點：新加坡。

Service Location:Singapore.

1.9合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準。

Contract duration: Two years from the effective date of Agreement.

2、供應商資格要求Supplier qualification

2.1 供應商距離當?shù)貒H機場***樓車程時間在30分鐘（含）以內(nèi)。

The distance between the supplier andAirport must be within 30 minutes (inclusive) by driving.

2.2***，具備當?shù)卣姓J合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with validlicense.

2.3供應商應當購買相關(guān)保險且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.4供應商須配備餐廳，能提供早、午、晚餐堂食服務。

Supplier shallequipped with a restaurant, which can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services .

2.5供應商須提供所在地國際機場***樓至酒店之間的往返交通服務。

Supplier shall be responsible for the transportation service back and forth the terminal building and hotel.

2.6供應商須為過夜時間（下次航班起飛時間與落地時間之差）超過24小時（含）的機組人員提供每航班每人1件上衣的清洗服務。

Supplier shall provide1 piece of Laundry per person per flight for crew who stay overnightexceeds 24 hours inclusive(thetime betweenlanding time and departure time of the next flight)

2.7被列入南航集團“限制交易供應商名單”且仍在限制期內(nèi)的法人或其他組織不得參與本次談判。

Legal person(The Owner of supplier) or other organizationswho is listed in the "restrictedlist of suppliers" of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.

2.8被列入南航集團“禁止交易企業(yè)名單”的企業(yè)，不得參與本次談判。

The Supplier who is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.

3、供應商報名Supplier Registration

3.1 公告時間：2023年5月17日08:30起至5月24日18:00。

Notification Period: From8:30am on May 17of 2023to 18:00pm on May 24of 2023.

3.2 報名時間：2023年5月17日08:30起至5月24日18:00，向采購人發(fā)送報名資料（見附表），逾期送達的報名資料恕不接受。

Application Period: Registration form must be submitted8:30am on May 17of 2023to 18:00pm on May 24of 2023.
