7) 業(yè)績要求：
（1）投標(biāo)人提供******月***日至今，在國內(nèi)煉化企業(yè)或大型油品（氣）碼頭至少2套及以上，采用“吸收+吸附”工藝，處理含有汽油、煤油或三苯類及化工輕油等油氣回收處理裝置的供貨及運行業(yè)績（處理規(guī)模在800m3/h 以上），且要求連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行至少1年以上。尾氣排放滿足苯≤4mg/m3，甲苯≤15mg/m3，二甲苯≤20mg/m3，己烷（非甲烷總烴）≤100mg/m3，非甲烷總烴去除效率≥97%。
證明材料：a. 2套門檻業(yè)績中至少有1套處理三苯類油氣的油氣回收處理裝置的業(yè)績。提供滿足上述要求的業(yè)績合同關(guān)鍵頁復(fù)印件（包含合同封面、合同簽章頁、合同供貨范圍表等）、技術(shù)協(xié)議、業(yè)績合同的增值稅發(fā)票復(fù)印件；
b. 提供投用1年（含）以上項目驗收報告或使用報告或應(yīng)用證明；

e. 投標(biāo)人需在開標(biāo)前準(zhǔn)備好相關(guān)業(yè)績證明材料的紙版文件原件（每個業(yè)績包含：銷售合同、發(fā)票、技術(shù)協(xié)議、6次檢測報告（可提供彩色復(fù)印件）或連續(xù)一年正常運行證明材料原件）帶到開標(biāo)現(xiàn)場備查。招標(biāo)人保留審查原件的權(quán)利，如發(fā)現(xiàn)以上資質(zhì)證書、業(yè)績及相關(guān)資料造假的，作否決投標(biāo)處理。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.
2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

5) Credibility requirements:
A. 6) Performance requirements:
(1) Bidder shall provide the supply and operation performance of at least 2 sets and above in domestic refining enterprises or large oil (gas) terminals since January 1, 2017, using "absorption + adsorption" process, processing oil and gas recovery treatment devices containing gasoline, kerosene or triphenylene and chemical light oil, etc. (processing scale of 800m3/h) above), and requires at least 1 year of continuous stable operation. Tail gas emissions to meet the benzene ≤ 4mg/m3, toluene ≤ 15mg/m3, xylene ≤ 20mg/m3, hexane (non-methane total hydrocarbons) ≤ 100mg/m3, non-methane total hydrocarbon removal efficiency ≥ 97%.
Supporting documents: a. 2 sets of threshold performance with at least 1 set of performance of oil and gas recovery and treatment device dealing with triphenylene oil and gas. Provide copies of key pages of performance contracts to meet the above requirements (including contract cover, contract signature page, contract supply scope table, etc.), technical agreements, and copies of VAT invoices of performance contracts;
b. Provide the acceptance report or use report or application certificate of the project put into use for more than 1 year (inclusive);
c. Provide the third-party inspection unit with national accreditation (with CMA or CNAS certification) commissioned by the owner of the exhaust gas indicators test report (time requirements: October 2021 - March 2023 period of six different months of the third-party test report) or provide the user issued stamped "one year of continuous normal operation of the certification materials," the time range: January 2021 - March 2023.
The third-party inspection unit issued by the exhaust gas indicator test report must have the test report number, the telephone number of the testing agency, and a clear official seal. The documents submitted by the bidder are color copies or scanned copies of the inspection report, and there should be no overlapping of other seals at the location of the official seal.
In the "continuous one-year normal operation of the supporting documents": each month need to have test analysis data (shall not fill in the pass or meet the standard), and not less than 8 months, with a third-party testing agency and the person in charge of testing and contact phone (required items, otherwise, you also need to submit one and more copies of the third-party test report commissioned by the owner during the period from January 2021 to March 2023). d. The performance report provided by the bidder can only be the inlet and outlet sampling and analysis data of the "absorption + adsorption" process line, and the performance report under other working conditions will not be recognized. The "absorption + adsorption" process route should not include condensation, membrane or destruction method (CO, TO, RTO, incineration, etc.) any one or a combination of processes.
e. Bidders need to prepare the original paper version of the relevant performance documents (each performance includes: sales contract, invoice, technical agreement, six times test report (color copy can be provided) or the original one year continuous normal operation certification materials) before the bid opening to the bid opening site for inspection. Bidders reserve the right to review the original, such as the above qualifications, performance and related information found to be fraudulent, as a rejection of the tender processing.
