6) 資質(zhì)要求：
投標(biāo)人提供的設(shè)備應(yīng)是經(jīng)過(guò)法定機(jī)關(guān)檢驗(yàn)合格的、經(jīng)過(guò)考驗(yàn)的成熟產(chǎn)品。安全管控系統(tǒng)及其主要關(guān)鍵設(shè)備（電腦鑰匙、遙控閉鎖裝置、開關(guān)量***元等）須提供權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)（開普實(shí)驗(yàn)室、電科院、公安部）出具的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
7) 業(yè)績(jī)要求（須同時(shí)滿足）：
①投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品要求在石油化工企業(yè)具有不少于5年的正式使用業(yè)績(jī)（提供******月***日前簽訂的合同復(fù)印件及相應(yīng)發(fā)票）。
②******月***日至今（合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人至少具有3項(xiàng)電氣作業(yè)安全管控一體化系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品在石油石化企業(yè)類似工程項(xiàng)目（1000萬(wàn)噸/年煉油項(xiàng)目及以上或80萬(wàn)噸/年乙烯項(xiàng)目及以上）集控型安全管控系統(tǒng)或可視化防誤系統(tǒng)的業(yè)績(jī)，且至少有1項(xiàng)合同金額***元人民幣(同一框架協(xié)議下（同一企業(yè)）的訂單或同一個(gè)項(xiàng)目合同可以累積；同一框架協(xié)議下（不同企業(yè)）業(yè)績(jī)單獨(dú)統(tǒng)計(jì)）。
證明材料包括用戶名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、合同復(fù)印件及相應(yīng)發(fā)票復(fù)印件、聯(lián)系人及電話、產(chǎn)品投用時(shí)間等信息；以上材料需加蓋投標(biāo)人公章，以上要求如不滿足將被否決投標(biāo)。

Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

The equipment provided by the bidder shall be tested and qualified by the statutory authorities and tested mature products. Security control system and its main key equipment (computer keys, remote control locking devices, switching input and output units, etc.) shall provide inspection reports issued by authoritative institutions (Kepler Laboratory, Institute of Electrical Sciences, Ministry of Public Security).
7) Performance requirements (meet both):
① The products submitted by the bidder are required to have not less than 5 years of formal use performance in petrochemical enterprises (provide a copy of the contract signed before January 1, 2018 and the corresponding invoice).
② January 1, 2018 to date (contract signing time shall prevail), the bidder has at least three electrical operation safety control integration system products in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises in similar projects (10 million tons / year refinery projects and above or 800,000 tons / year ethylene projects and above) centralized safety control system or visualization error prevention system performance, and at least one contract amount of not less than 2 million RMB (orders under the same framework agreement (the same enterprise) or the same project contract can be accumulated; performance under the same framework agreement (different enterprises) is counted separately).
