投標人資格要求：

1)Bidders must purchase and obtain the bidding documents from the Bidding Agent officially. Bidder who does not obtain bidding documents officially cannot participate in the bidding.

2)Bidders must successfully register and finish verification procedure on China International Bidding website (www***) before deadline of bid submission.

3)Bidder must be the manufacturer itself or its directly authorized agent. If the bidder is an agent, must provide the original official authorized letter, otherwise the bid will be rejected. (The copy must be signed by authorized representative or sealed officially.)

Bidder (For Foreign Bidders) must provide a copy of valid business registration certificate and its qualified translation. (Signature or seal of the bidder"s authorised representative is required.)

5)If the person in charge of a company has holding or management relationship of the other company, or that person is also in charge of another company, these two companies shall not participate in the bidding of the same project. (Must provide commitment letter.)
