which is then used in the flowing algorithms 不***元 5. 采購(gòu)需求 5.1供貨單位******元的蛋糕提貨卡，卡上注明可提貨的各分店地址***； 5.2提貨卡使用范圍應(yīng)覆蓋供應(yīng)商的所***市店，享受普通現(xiàn)金消費(fèi)者的一切權(quán)利（如折扣商品等），無(wú)任何消費(fèi)限制、無(wú)工本費(fèi)用，允許分次使用，直到金額*** 5.3提貨卡日期不得限制使用期限； 5.4采購(gòu)人***元人均標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支付（以實(shí)際發(fā)放人數(shù)結(jié)算）； 5.5根據(jù)采購(gòu)方需求，供應(yīng)商按采購(gòu)方的要求制定供貨交貨； 5.6交貨地點(diǎn)：采購(gòu)人指定地點(diǎn)； 5.7供貨商有供貨服務(wù)保障，具體內(nèi)容以雙方簽定合同為準(zhǔn)； 5.8供貨商***省營(yíng)業(yè)直營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)不少于二十家,有營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、食品加工權(quán)限，各營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)地址***； 6.供應(yīng)商應(yīng)保證所提供的食品必須是安全合格產(chǎn)品，因食品問(wèn)題而發(fā)生的食物中毒等群體事故，由其承擔(dān)經(jīng)濟(jì)賠償責(zé)任及其他法律責(zé)任； 7.合同履行期限：一年 8.質(zhì)量要求：符合國(guó)家或行業(yè)規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，滿足采購(gòu)人提出的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求； 9.項(xiàng)目包段劃分：1個(gè)包段 10.是否接受聯(lián)合體談判：否二、申請(qǐng)人資格要求 1.供應(yīng)商必須是在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)登記的法人、其它組織或者自然人，且應(yīng)當(dāng)符合《政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條第一款的規(guī)定； 2. 供應(yīng)商具有有效的供應(yīng)商為生產(chǎn)商的須具有有效的《食品生產(chǎn)許可證》；供應(yīng)商為經(jīng)銷商的須具有有效的《食品經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證》； 3. 供應(yīng)商不得存在以下不良信用記錄情形之一: (1) 供應(yīng)商被人民法院列入失信被執(zhí)行人的;
