航空服務部采購部關于南航機組在布里斯班異地駐勤保障項目談判采購公告 Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project ***航空服務部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機組人員異地駐勤保障車輛項目進行談判采購。 China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transpo.rtation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details: 1、項目簡介 Project Introduction 1.1項目名稱：布里斯班駐勤車輛服務采購項目。 Project Name：Aircrew transpo.rtation service procurement in the city of Brisbane. 1.2項目編號***Number：CZ***49 1.3采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作供應商，通過符合性審查供應商數(shù)量達不到計劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實際通過的個數(shù)推薦。 Quantity：Only one candidate will be sele.cted for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned sele.ct quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number. 1.4 服務內(nèi)容：本項目為南航異地駐勤機組所需車輛接送服務采購，入圍供應商需遵守南航機組保障安全、服務管理規(guī)定，為南航機組提供車輛保障服務；關注南航航班計劃，根據(jù)航班計劃做好接送機服務。 Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew transpo.rtation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. 1.5 報價***eneral requirements of Quotation 車輛保障標準 transpo.rtation 1.提供***樓往返酒店的交通服務，安排專車按航班運行時間接送機組。車費限價***單程（含稅）； Dedicated transpo.rtation service for airport pick/dro.p.The ceiling price of the service is AUD200/per single trip including taxes. 本項目報價***。本項目采用框架（無固定總金額***。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進行報價***或超過最高限價******價***采購金額***估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實際需要調(diào)整，并按實際數(shù)量進行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會有所增減，固定單價***應調(diào)整。 The price of this project is inclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly. 1.6 服務地點：布里斯班 Location:Brisbane 1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準。 Contract duration: 2 years from the effective date of Agreement 2、供應商資格要求 Supplier qualification 2.1 ***，具備當?shù)卣姓J合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。 Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license. 2.2 供應商應當購買相關保險且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。 Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement. 2.3 車輛供應商須負責所在地國際機場***樓往返酒店的交通服務，保證機組一人一座，同時車輛可容納機組行李，專車按約定時間接送機組。 Supplier shall be responsible for the transpo.rtation service back and forth the terminal building and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat.
