1.Request PEACE submarine cable’s SLTE colocation service. The seller shall provide the buyer with colocation services that meet the following technical requirements, as detailed in the following table. The first order shall meet the buyer"s installation requirements of 3T SLTE. 2.Eligible Suppliers All suppliers are eligible to submit proposals and quotes for the RFP. CUG reserve the right to request for prequalification. a)Tenderer must be an independent legal entity or other organization registered and legally established in any country or region in the world, Tenderer must provide the copy of registration document. b)Tenderer can provide valid invoices in accordance with the China Unicom financial department. c)Tenderer must promise there is no related record/behavior in past 3 years. (1) win the bid by deception (2) serious breach the contract. (3) have critical quality issue or safety problem in other projects. d)Tenderer needs to have good bank credit, business reputation and strong comprehensive strength, and can meet the requirements of purchaser. Tenderer is not under the status of being ordered to suspend business, being taken over of property, frozen or bankrupt. e)Tenderer is not in China Unicom supplier blacklist now. f)Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project. g)Different entities or organizations which have same controller or have holding and management relations, can"t participate in the same tender package. 3.RFP Timeline Schedule of events Timeline Registration and Interest Submission Nov 1th, 2024 (23:59 GMT+8) Bid Submission & Clarifications Nov 11th, 2024 (23:59 GMT+8) 4.Response to RFP For the RFP and Return Business details, please visit http***naunicomglobal.com:8081/supp/index.html and submit your offer online, authorized representatives as bellows: Email: xiem22@chinaunicom.cn wangkai@chinaunicom.cn wangc530@chinaunicom.cn 5.
