Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：1、符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定 2、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www***）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www***）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. Complies with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China 2. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www*** gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www*** gov.cn).
