Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本采購項目如符合政府采購有關鼓勵環(huán)保節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、支持中小微企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)、支持某某和戒毒企業(yè)、扶持不發(fā)***區(qū)和少數(shù)民***區(qū)等相關采購政策要求的，則執(zhí)行相關政策。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this procurement project meets the relevant government procurement policies that encourage environmental protection and energy-saving products, support small, medium, and micro enterprises, promote the employment of disabled people, support prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, and support underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas, then the relevant policies will be implemented.
