4、人員配備要求：最低應(yīng)為4人（含）以上，且需包含園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專(zhuān)業(yè)中級(jí)職稱(chēng)）、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員各1名、必須為園林綠化施工單位***。
5、項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人：必須為園林綠化施工單位***。負(fù)責(zé)人須具有《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)》，且無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目記錄。項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人在履行合同過(guò)程中發(fā)生變更的，如變更后時(shí)間未滿(mǎn)半年，不得參與本標(biāo)段投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses. n4. Personnel allocation requirements: The minimum number of personnel should be 4 (inclusive) or more, and it must include one project manager of the landscaping project (with intermediate professional title in landscaping), one safety officer, one quality officer, and one material officer. All personnel must be from the landscaping construction unit. 5. Project Leader: Must be an employee of the landscaping construction unit. The person in charge must hold the "Certificate of Quality and Safety Production Assessment for Project Managers of Garden Greening Construction Enterprises" and have no record of ongoing projects. If the project leader changes during the performance of the contract, such as within less than half a year after the change, they shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding for this section。
